In recent years we have been developing and designing many Exterior and Interior projects for some of the very well known names in the international river cruise industry. 

We very often designing or redesigning various areas of a vessel, researching applicable material and furniture and develop the overall concept of the space. We are also planing and budgeting the whole projects together with our long term partners and helping you to organise the realisation of the whole project, up to the day your guests arrive.

All our designs are always created and being realised bearing in mind the owners and investors budgets and timelines, as well as an outstanding usability within the hospitality environment, amongst many other criteria, which are often very specific to each individual project.

There are many crucial ingredients in successfully designing for cruise vessels. 

For example should the designer not only have an eye for the detail and the whole project at the same time, next to being a master of his trade. He or she* should also create living space bearing in mind the every day needs of guests and staff, plus the practicability and durability of his designs and the materials chosen.

With more than 10 years experience in designing and project managing yachts and cruise vessels, Christian and his team is eager to foster you in the creation and realisation of your long desired dream as well as your next crucial investment.

While designing and realising a cruise vessel project one should not forget that the whole purpose of the ship is to make good money for its chatter and investors by satisfying their guests on a fairly high level.

We believe that,  in the interest of his clients, the designer should avoid to offering any solutions that need to be replaced after a short period of use. Next to that all items should look beautiful, feel excellent and -very important- be of appropriate quality in material as well as in the way they are crafted.

Thanks to his practical experience on site Christian became a very renown expert in an important, sometimes neglected, field of design: The sustainability of designs and materials involved, in cabins as well as in public areas or the crew area.

Just to providing one example for the above: When designing upgrade and refit projects of vessels with tremendous built quality (Yes, some of them are crafted really well!)  it might make al lot sense to having a thoroughly look into what kind of elements could be reused, refurbished and reintegrated within a new, contemporary design and style. That approach, of course executed in a very strategic manner in regards of long term cost and coherent design development, can not only prove very helpful to our vulnerable environment, but also to constrictive budgets.

Having been a project manager with a sound hands on mentality, an experienced eye for the detail and having been driven to always delivery top quality, Christian spent most of his time at the various building sites, supervising staff and all involved companies to achieve 100% satisfied clients and -most important- a perfect holiday experience for their treasured guests.

When starting a new project we will first of all discuss all potential changes, new designs and the expected benefits with our valued clients. We love to clearly understand your very specific needs and your favourite styles. In case you have not yet decided for a certain look and feel you want to achieve together with us, we will produce some mood boards for you in order to finding the right direction towards your ne design. Then it is time for us to torture the drawing table and to challenge our hard and software. This stage will conclude in a proper presentation of your new design. Just in case we are not yet happy with our thoughts we go back to our drawing tables and start another loop. Once the right design is on its way we will arrange all the detailing and decoration for you and discuss all the nitty-gritty built details with the ship yards and your favourite carpenter´s workshop.
